Frequently Asked

Who is this cohort for?
Leaders who sense they're capable of more but can't figure out what's in the way. Professionals who've done the workshops, read the books, and still feel stuck. Anyone ready to do deep work in the company of others doing the same.
How is this different from executive coaching?
Executive coaching is personalized 1:1 work on your specific situation. Cohorts provide the same methodology in a group setting where you benefit from shared experience and peer accountability. Many participants do both-starting with a cohort, then continuing with 1:1 coaching.
What's the time commitment?
90 minutes per week for the live session, plus approximately 30-60 minutes of between-session practices. The real work happens in how you show up to your life between sessions.
Is this virtual or in-person?
Currently all cohorts are virtual via Zoom, allowing participants from anywhere. We're exploring in-person intensive options for the future.
What if I miss a session?
All sessions are recorded. While live participation is strongly encouraged for the group dynamic, we understand life happens. Your peer partner will help you catch up.
How are participants selected?
Everyone completes a Potential Profile first. We curate cohorts for complementary archetypes and similar commitment levels. Not everyone is accepted-this protects the quality of the experience for all.
